Frieda Janssens brings the industry view
Workable Work is an initiative of the Flemish Government (Belgium, Europe) to promote work quality, and provides grants to non-profit organisations and businesses to hire support from consultants, coaches and mentors to help them create a higher quality workplace.
Workable Work (nl: Werkbaar Werk) is about work quality. Workable work inspires and allows you to grow. It’s work which is balanced with your values and your private life. Work that does not get you stressed nor make you sick. Workable Work is a job that can last.
On May 4, 2021, a major event on this topic is organized by SERV (Sociaal-Economische Raad van Vlaanderen, Social-Economic Council of Flanders) and Stichting Innovatie & Arbeid (Foundation for Innovation & Work). The event is called MarketPlace Workable Work, and will gather leaders and consultants in the field.
