Luk is passionate about re-energising teams and mobilising their energy into a jointly defined new direction which benefits all. In terms of career focus, Luk is specialised in leading and bringing change and has a long career in the management consulting industry, having worked across the globe for several of the large international consultancies. Next to his day-to-day activities, Luk is becoming more and more involved in advisory boards, where he shares his wealth of experience with executives on a mission. As an ambassador for Purpose Planet Luk supports the Ghent chapter in Belgium.
