I do this by focusing on the translation and implementation of defined strategies into the most optimal organisations, processes and used tools, and this not only by advising people but also by being temporarily and actively part of their cogwheel.”

MY BELIEF

“I believe organisations can operate in a very efficient and optimal way by bringing together the reinforcing synergies and complementarities between different people. I also believe that if you guide all these people by explaining the objectives, expectations and how they should do different things, you will see an unforeseen dynamic arising. Assist people in solution thinking, instead of the feeling of being blocked by issues and problems, is certainly also helpful in this.”
