MY PASSION

“From a young age, I have been curious and raised many questions, seeking to understand why we do things. Over the years, I have developed a fascination for customer service in any industry. My experience is that services focusing on bringing value are services you happily return to. It creates connection. I have always focused on understanding the value we aim to add and taking a helicopter view throughout my career. This developed my questioning skills, quickly getting the essence and summarizing into a strong foundation. Passionate to empower organisations & people to step into that foundation and move from there.”

“I strongly believe that happiness comes from giving; being of value to others. I am enthusiastic about helping others seek within and create an understanding of the value they bring, both on an organisational level as individually. I am convinced that everyone adds value in their unique way, understanding that builds a strong foundation with impact. My heart explodes when I see the twinkle in people’s eyes who suddenly realize what they’re offering to the world.”
