Flxion is the name of a startup and a tool. The tool helps consultants, sales people and entrepreneurs to get more control over their work – and reduces stress and burnout. Common for all, is that their agenda is lived by external factors that are changing over time – from meeting to meeting. Tracking decisions, allocating tasks, planning them dynamically (AI!) and keeping an eye on the bigger picture – in rapidly changing circumstances that are not hierarchical but “fluid”. Getting fluid duties into action – that’s the origin of the Flxion name.
The Flxion app was created in the summer of 2020, launched in October 2020, and is now being used by the first test clients. The initial investors are angel investors in Belgium, where the IT and admin heart are situated. One of the other startups from ImpactBuilders also joined forces with Flxion, after the visionary architect had discovered great advantages of the combination of the two initials separate product concepts in one tool. In the meantime, the commercial headquarters were set up in Estonia in the Summer of 2020. In the near future Flxion OÜ will be the main headquarters of Flxion, and later on, we will move that legal entity to London – where the first big VC will come aboard, to inject smart money for the long term.
In order to create a little more spare time, the board has approved to add 150k€ of pre-financing in the form of a bullet loan, with a fixed annual interest of 5%. In the same time, the second startup that will join forces with Flxion, is attracting an extra capital of €92.000, which is still available from the past angel round that was appealing on the Belgian tax shelter legislation.
