I am not a medical expert. I will not comment on the virus and the current measures. It feels safe to place dispensers, and it’s almost funny managers suddenly discover how easy it is to make people work from home.
As an old-school entrepreneur, I am used to looking some steps ahead. That’s why it strikes me no one writes about what will happen after the virus will be gone. Yet. Trust me, we will need much more than dispensers and apps to face the post-Corona crisis.
It reminds me of 2004. Our business got hit really bad back then. Our big clients slipped away in a few months. For external reasons. The quality was great. It just happened. I had the courage to look ahead. I took drastic decisions. They seemed exaggerated at first, but they have proven right.
Oh sure. I did not sleep well. And I am sure some entrepreneurs will sleep badly this weekend, too. Some of you already know drastic decisions will have to be made. Some of you will get this insight soon.
