Potential assignment for a freelance marketing communications coordinator (1-2h/day)
We are looking for a freelance marketing communications coordinator to help us with the pan-European expansion of ImpactBuilders.
Role
- to ensure the communications plan is realised on time and within budget
- to coordinate the various channels and social media so that one message gets sent out to a broad yet specific audience
- to ensure all communications are well designed, with the right illustrations and in line with our house style
- to ensure pictures and videos are made by professional 3rd parties
- to ensure all contacts get in (or out of) the database in a correct and data-respectfull way
- to build a database of journalists and media managers of social media groups
- to finalize press and news releases and get them to the media contacts
- to follow-up on our appearance in media and report about our reputation
- to suggest improvements to the communications actions and planning
- to verify the budget and invoices from the third party suppliers
Report and team work
- rough content is created by the founders
- almost daily contact with the founders about content and actions
- weekly follow-up and reporting back to the founders about the timing, actions, and budget
- monthly coordination meeting with the entire team
- every Monday morning meet-up for team synchronization
- monthly budget follow-up and reporting
- monthly analysis to improve

- you are familiar with most office apps

- you are available a few hours every work day
