Self-organization is the future. Definitely in people-centric businesses. However, there is still a long way to go, before such this new concept will be applied across industries. Flxion is the software that helps leaders to design, run, and grow a self-steering organisation. Flxion first aims at those companies that are the moat natural partner of self-steering: mid-sized companies in which the services offered by knowledge workers generate a substantial part of the margin. Consultancy firms, engineering companies, IT companies. To name a few.
The buyers in such companies are at the level of the executive committee. The issue is that most of these buyers still need a little push to be convinced. And, they need a coach or an advisor to help them with the introduction of self-steering into their organization. Flxion is not only developing the software for these companies, it is also creating an international network of advisory & coaching firms under the same name.
Consultative selling required
Selling Flxion requires a person who understands how to introduce self-steering in a mid-sized services business. You have to be capable to detect the real needs, and help the client’s team to use Flxion correctly from day one. Moreover, you should understand how to synchronize the product sales with the services sales, in order for the client to capture the entire value of Flxion. And, of course, this person should be able to start and close a conversation with general management.
In each geographical region, there will be a regional client leader for this task. And, there will be one general client leader to coach the others towards results. This general client leader is the one we are now looking for. The general client leader will start selling and promoting in Flanders first, and will help build the team over time.
