The right setting
We offer various settings for sparring. The preferred choice depends on the issue, and on the type of person you are.
- Leadership sparring walk – strolling through nature while sparring is a very effective way to combine regaining energy with solving difficult and even emotional business challenges. Walking next to each other, makes it very easy for most leaders to reflect, and explain their issues, without the distraction of looking to another human being.
- Leadership sparring call – this is the quickest solution for an urgent matter, or to get a relief after a stressful night, or a fierce discussion with the team. Or when your business is going through an important change, and you know there will be many moments that you need someone to call to, and reflect with.
- Leadership sparring session – this is the right setting for a more thorough meeting about a major strategic challenge. Your sparring partner will have to be an expert in topics you want to talk about. Often, 2-3 hours can suffice for your next jump forward.
