ImpactBuilders has expert advisors all over Europe, who are known for their pragmatism and relevant expertise, as well as for the connection they can make with your purpose and strategy. They are at your disposal on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis.
HOW
In general, calling upon an Expert Advisor works as follows:
- First, we have a one hour call to detect your concrete needs and the required expertise, and present you with our expert advisory terms and conditions.
- We then match your requirements with our international community of advisors. If we believe a match is found, we will present you our concrete terms & conditions.
- After your ‘go’ we schedule a meeting for you to meet with our expert. Since the proofing of the pudding is in the eating, we will combine this meeting with the expert’s intake session.
- After the intake session, the expert advisor will present you with his or her timeline, deliverables, and milestones. For the two of you to debate, agree or modify, and move forward.
