Our client cooperation starts from a white sheet of paper. A typical ImpactBuilders DevOps client lifecycle varies from a couple of months to a few years. Afterwards, we ensure the client can take over.

We need someone to look for and after clients. Someone who can find, support, and grow the clients with our software. The Busdev region is Europe, with a clear start in Belgium. Clients are partially the ventures we build, as well as external clients, which are typically mid-size companies or divisions of large corporations, who are in the midst of a digital transformation.
We are looking for someone who can take the lead, and co-own the company. Co-own has two components: “co” and “own”.
The three leads together will own a substantial stake in the company’s cap table. This stake will be earned, not paid (although there might be a small financial cash injection, that is required for technical reasons).
This makes you become the shareholder of a future success hit … without the need for a substantial cash injection.
