Do they really need to be in the office?
Should people really go back to the office? Not every job requires the daily drive and traffic jams. Others might – but not always. Let the people explain and agree with each other who needs to be in the office when, and what meetings and tasks are less dependent on the location. That will motivate people to work back for the office – and be in the office when that is really a plus.
