- Get in touch with one of our leadership coaches.
- Set the scope and provide the first input.
- The coach will ask you to prepare your urgencies.
- The next meeting will first address your urgent questions.
- And then prepare the intake about your vision.
- A few sessions later, your vision starts to crystallise.
- Then the coach will sketch the vision on paper.
- In order for you to reflect.
- And conclude in the last session. Ready to go !
